Easy Implementation

CasterShoX™ noise reducing casters are easy to implement. They are the same shape and size of conventional casters. Retrofitting carts with CasterShoX™ is as easy as changing out the wheels. CasterShoX™ come in two standard sizes 6x2 and 8x2. Wheels can be treaded with high quality Caster Concepts polyurethane ranging from 70A to 70D. Solid, high strength glass-filled nylon wheels are also available.

Cost Effective

Compared with traditional spring loaded casters, CasterShoX™ casters are 30%-50% less expensive. When factoring in the cost savings of implementation, CasterShoX™ becomes an inexpensive solution to noise related problems associated with carts and other delivery systems.

Spring Stiffness Varieties

The CasterShoX™ core provides more than 3/4 inch of travel. Casters are manufactured with three varieties of spring stiffness:
  • Light Duty - Maximum Capacity: 500 pounds
  • Medium Duty - Maximum Capacity: 1000 pounds
  • Heavy Duty - Maximum Capacity: 1250 pounds
